Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • Your business does $1M or more a year in revenue.
  • You're paying over $50,000 a year in taxes, and the bill grows as the company does.
  • The only time you hear from your CPA is when a return needs your signature.
  • Nobody called you in July or October to talk about your salary, your entity or the purchases you had planned.
  • You take a salary, draws or both, and you're not sure the mix is right for what the company earns.
  • You want a team planning with you all year and making the changes for you, while you keep running the company.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and executives paid on a W-2 who don't own a business.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year and nothing else.
  • Anyone looking for aggressive schemes. We only use the rules Congress wrote, and we document every one.
  • Not-for-profit organizations.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Carmen and her team handle your taxes all year, from the first meeting to the filed return.

We Start With Where You're Going

In our first meeting we ask where the company is now and where you want it to be, because the right strategy depends on your plans as much as your past returns.

We Do The Research

You upload your recent returns and company financials to our encrypted portal. Then we spend about 2 weeks researching every option: your entity, your salary and distributions, deductions, credits and the timing of big purchases.

We Walk You Through It

We meet on Zoom and show you each strategy and what it's worth. Once you sign off, we start carrying them out, and about 2 weeks later we follow up to answer your questions.

We Meet Every Quarter

We sit down with you every quarter, adjust as your income and investments change, and update your plan when tax laws change. Our team answers your questions as they come up, not just in tax season.

We Prepare And File Your Returns

Your engagement covers your annual tax filings, so the strategies we put in place during the year land on your returns correctly and on time.

Tax-Focused Bookkeeping, If You Want It

Our bookkeepers enter everything in the most tax-advantageous category and attach the supporting documents, so your books are ready for planning and you're not hunting for paperwork at tax time.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn't my CPA brought any of this up?+
Preparing returns and planning are different jobs. A typical CPA gives each return about 30 minutes, with hundreds more due between January and April, so the goal is accurate forms filed on time. Planning has to happen during the year, while there's still time to change your salary, your entity or when you buy equipment.
Is this actually legal?+
Yes. Carmen's rule is simple: don't fight the government. Congress put incentives in the tax code on purpose, for owners who buy equipment, create jobs, save for retirement and set up their companies a certain way. We apply the ones your company already qualifies for and keep a clean paper trail for each one.
Is it too late to do anything about this year?+
No, but the calendar matters. Most strategies only count if they're done before December 31st, like equipment bought and put to work or salary changes run through payroll. If something can't happen in time for 2026, Carmen will tell you and line it up for 2027. The savings show up when your return is filed.
How does the guarantee work?+
If your business doesn't save at least $100K in taxes this year, you don't pay for the planning. Carmen goes through the exact terms with you before any work starts. The guarantee covers the planning fee, not return preparation, because CPA rules don't allow a return fee that depends on the result.
What does it cost?+
Our year-round Concierge Tax Strategy starts at $24,000 a year. After we review your numbers, we recommend the level that fits your company and give you the exact fee before anything starts. Bookkeeping is quoted separately, starting at $600 a month.
Who will I actually work with?+
Carmen leads your planning herself. Behind her is a second CPA who works as a tax strategist, a senior accountant, a chief operations officer and a client relations lead. We keep our client list small on purpose, so you get real time with us all year.
Do I need to be in Florida?+
No. We're a virtual firm. Meetings happen on Zoom, your documents live in an encrypted portal you can open any time, and anything that needs a signature is signed electronically.
What should I have ready for the call?+
You won't have to send anything during the call. It helps to have your 2025 business and personal returns and this year's profit and loss nearby. Carmen will ask about your revenue, how you pay yourself, your entity and what you plan to buy before December 31st.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Business Could Keep This Year?

On the strategy call, Carmen asks about your revenue, how you pay yourself, your entity and what you plan to buy before December 31st. Then she points out the strategies that can still help for 2026 and what each could be worth.
